Best Start.....Helping Children Grow

Best Start Hubs and Satellites are family centres - offering children and their families a place to meet, to learn and to grow together.

Through our Best Start programs, parents, caregivers and children have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that encourage:

• Interacting together, learning through play
• Information on issues relating to healthy child growth and development
• Parent peer support
• Parenting information
• Socialization for both parents and children

Best Start Hubs and Satellites offer:

• Programs where all children prenatal to 6 years old are welcome (at no cost to parents)
• Family learning activities
• Experienced, knowledegable staff
• An opportunity to learn about all local family services
